Reusage is very important to us, so we offer a Hella Care service for most Hella Hair products, where we exchange the worn-out rubber inside the scrunchie for a new one for FREE, so you can reuse your scrunchie.<\/p>

We will do the Hella Care within 21 days and let you know when we're ready to send the package back to you.<\/p>

    How to get Your Hella scrunchie to us: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Pack Your beloved scrunchie.<\/li>\n
    2. Make sure your first name, surname and phone number are included in the parcel. Then you can be sure that the scrunchie will be returned to you safely.<\/li>\n
    3. Take you package to parcel machine and choose destination point Tallinna Sikupilli parcel point - either Smartpost or Omniva. The shipping cost remains to be paid by the customer!<\/li>\n
    4. When making a parcel, please use our phone number +372 5343 6426.<\/li>\n
    5. Please add the Omniva parcel terminal for return to the information you include in the parcel. The customer will also be charged for the cost of returning the parcel.
