Hella Hair is a brand of hair accessories created in 2018 by entrepreneur and hair specialist Marleen Pärkma. As a hairdresser, seeing hair breaking scrunchies worn by customers, a need came up for reliable, high quality hair accessories for all hair types. Thats how Hella Hair ( hell of a hair - damn fierce hair) was created. The first product was a soft scrunchie in three different sizes to fit both thin and thick hair.
All of our products are hand sewn in Pärnu and only the highest OEKO-TEX labeled fabrics are used.

As well as being the founder of the Hella Hair brand, Marleen is also the founder of Wavebar, Tallinn's most popular beauty salon, and the co-founder of New Hair Goal, Estonia's first professional hair care brand, so she's a woman to keep an eye out for!

I'm a social media specialist and product photographer for Hella Hair. I am known as a wedding photographer and have been doing this for six years now. I consider product and lifestyle photography to be my second passion. Nowadays, getting the right and 'enticing' product shots is crucial when presenting products, and I believe I am very good at finding just the right angle. Apart from photography, I love the world of beauty and work as a hairdresser at Wavebar beauty salon.

I'm a graphic designer at Hella Hair, just starting my journey in the design landscape. In addition to graphic design, I also do photography and illustration. Being a daily wearer of Hella myself and Marleen's younger sister, I have been involved in the brand's editorial work for many years, and now it is my greatest pleasure to be a part of the Hella team.

I am the newest member of the Hella Hair team, but a Hella fan from the first sample product, and therefore make an invaluable contribution to the success and development of the brand in my position. I communicate with clients and followers, develop marketing strategies, conduct market research and manage social media accounts. As the creator of the Meieeluilu® way of organising, I am passionate about order and systematicity, and this certainly allows me to contribute a lot to the brand's activities.
